Please read these terms before using our services.

1. General provisions
These terms set out the rules for using the website and for the provision of services by Breachroad. By using our site and services, you accept these terms and our privacy policy.
2. Scope of services
Breachroad provides cybersecurity services, including IT security audits, penetration testing, vulnerability analysis, system hardening and consulting. The detailed scope of each project is defined in a separate contract or accepted offer.
3. Rules for security testing
We carry out any security testing only on the basis of the system owner's written authorisation and agreed rules of engagement. The client undertakes to:
- Hold the right to dispose of the tested systems
- Provide a complete and accurate testing scope
- Make backups before work begins
4. Fees and payment
Prices are quoted in Polish złoty (PLN) and are net amounts, to which VAT is added in line with applicable regulations. Payment terms are defined in the contract or invoice. Subscription services are billed monthly or annually.
5. Confidentiality
Services are provided under a non-disclosure agreement (NDA). All information about the client's infrastructure, vulnerabilities and data is treated as confidential. Data obtained during a project is deleted afterwards in line with the contract.
6. Intellectual property
All content of the site — text, graphics, logos and code — is the property of Breachroad or used under the appropriate licences and is legally protected. Reports delivered to the client may be used for internal needs and compliance processes, without the right to resell them.

8. Limitation of liability
Breachroad acts with the utmost care; however, given the nature of security testing, we do not guarantee the detection of every possible vulnerability. Liability for indirect damages is excluded, and total liability is limited to the value of the fees for a given project, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
9. Termination
The rules for terminating and ending the contract are defined in a separate agreement with the client. In the event of a gross breach of these terms, we reserve the right to restrict access to the site.
10. Governing law
Matters not covered by these terms are governed by Polish law. Any disputes are resolved by the court with jurisdiction over Breachroad's registered office.
11. Changes to the terms
We reserve the right to amend these terms. We announce material changes by publishing the updated version on this page.
